 This Versa-King In-Plant Office is 15'x36'x9' panel height. The footprint of this in-plant office was designed in an irregular shape to fit on top of an existing mezzanine and the large building column visible in this photograph. Optional features included vinyl covered drywall on all wall panels along with insulated glazing to enhance sound control.
The owner selected our standard Porta-King blue panel finish to match their corporate colors and to make the building stand out inside this industrial environment. The Porta-King representative and local dealer met with the customer at their facility to review the specific requirements for this application.
Once a final layout was determined an approval drawing was generated which showed the exact dimensions of the in-plant office. In order to confirm the dimensions for the new offices would fit with the existing restrictions, the Porta-King representative and local dealer conducted an on-site review of the drawings along with the customer.
