 This newly constructed modular building will be used for office space at this East Coast based Coast Guard facility. The modular office was constructed on top of a mezzanine that was also supplied by Porta-King. The mezzanine created a new space for construction of this modular building above the existing floor. An additional section of mezzanine was added for storage space. A catwalk was added to provide access between the office and the storage section of this mezzanine.
The prefabricated design of our systmes offers users the advantage of quicker and cleaner construction when compared with using other conventional building methods. The vertical connecting post used to assemble this Versa-King system also serves as raceways to allow concealment of electric, data and telecommunication service.
The 3” thick walls of this Versa-King modular office provide excellent sound control and thermal insulation.

We create detailed approval drawings, which show integration of the two systems allowing the customer to review the layout details of this integrated system prior to fabrication.
