 This 5' x 8' x 8' high 3" Versa-King modular equipment enclosure includes a sliding door and a painted steel exterior panel finish.
This enclosure houses sensitive equipment used in an ethanol blending process at this petroleum pipeline. The modular design enabled the structure to be quickly installed onto the existing concrete floor. Fixed windows in both the end walls and the sliding door allow personnel utilizing the equipment to monitor outside operations while being protected from the elements. The sliding door option was included to protect personnel from opening the door into on coming truck traffic.
The 3" thick walls are fully insulated to create a more comfortable working environment while protecting the equipment from extremes in temperature. For added safety, the walls for this enclosure were constructed using only UL Class 1 fire rated materials.
The walls of this enclosure included plywood reinforcement to provide support so that equipment could be securely mounted to the wall.
