Porta-King’s prefabricated buildings are delivered to your site completely assembled, code compliant and ready for occupancy. They also come fully wired in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and can include certification by the UL. Because we do all of the design in-house our customers also avoid the added cost of architectural services.
We offer our customers the widest selection of design options to produce structures that meet a range of budgets. These options include two different types of all steel construction which we call Durasteel and Durasteel PC as well as an all anodized aluminum structure we call Duraluminum.
Customers can choose and assortment of custom design features to create just the right building for their application. Some of the more popular design features we offer include custom shapes, factory applied brick, special glazing and window treatments, factory or site plumbed restroom fixtures and ballistic rated construction up to and including NIJ Level IV. We can also include many custom interior features including, including custom cabinetry, custom flooring and special electric including explosion proof.
