 This 12' x 22' Durasteel stair shelter was built to enclose a stair well that serves as an access point from the top level of an 8 story parking deck. As you can see this shelter is only 55" tall so that it could be placed on top of an existing concrete wall that encircled the perimeter of the stair well. The stair shelter included full perimeter glazing to allow light to pass through and eluminate the stairway during daylight hours. Light fixtures were also included to light the stairwell at night. This stair shelter was shipped fully assembled from our factory and includes for lifting lugs in the roof that enabled a crane to lift this shelter into position on top of the existing concrete wall. The entire installation process was completed in less than 4 hours.
