| In-Plant Office Inside a Factory |
This in-plant office was assembled inside this factory in a fraction of the time required for conventional construction. The 3”walls of this office separate factory personnel from other manufacturing operations to create a quieter, cleaner working environment. Prefabricated panels used in the construction of this in-plant office can be disassembled and moved to another location to facilitate changes in floor plan layouts. In addition, the design of this structure can be changed at anytime in the future.
Porta-King will redesign the layout of any of our modular systems for no charge. This offer holds true even if no additional parts are purchased for the new layout design. Because our customers commonly change the layouts of their offices, we maintain detailed records to assist in the redesign process. Utilizing the modular concept also enabled the customer to create a custom floor plan that met their specific requirements. Our local dealer visited, on-site, with this customer to review their specific project requirements. To make sure the final design was in compliance with the end user’s desires.
Porta-King provided our dealer with detailed approval drawings to complete an on-site review prior to giving us the go-ahead for fabrication. Becuase the customer made some changes to the original design, Porta-King revised the drawings for dealer. A follow up site visit was conducted to review the drawings with the customer to make certain the layout was exactly what they wanted. This process greatly reduces the possibility of design mistakes resulting from a breakdown in communications.
