| In-Plant Office Two Story |
This integrated modular and mezzanine system is installed inside a pre-engineered metal building that is used to house recently purchased aircraft during the delivery process to the new owners. The client will be using this in-plant office for a variety of functions in their facility. The top floor includes a series of offices where clients are brought in to review and sign necessary paperwork associated with their purchase. The lower level, located on the right side of this photograph, will be used as an employee breakroom.
The overall two-story in-plant office system consists of a Versa-King 3" modular system that measures 14'wide x 22' long with 8'high and 10'high wall panels and a PK Structures mezzanine. The complete footprint of the mezzanine is 19'wide x 66'long. The area under the remaining 44' length of the mezzanine shown the foreground of this photograph is left open for storage.
The two-story portion of this project can be seen in the far right end of this photograph. The modular wall panels are wrapped around the mezzanine, also supplied by Porta-King, to create the two-story in-plant office complex. The lower level of the first floor panels are 10' in order to cover the 10' top of deck mezzanine height. The panels on the top level are our standard 8'height.
The in-plant offices included modular electric throughout. There is also an integral catwalk which runs the entire 66' length of the mezzanine to allow for personnel access to and from the various offices. Guard rail is included for the entire length of the catwalk run.
