This is a Versa-King 3" 12’x12’ modular garage building with frp (fiberglass reinforced panel) exterior.
Modular construction was used to create a comfortable working environment inside this garage. The time to construct this building was about a third of the time it would have taken with conventional construction techniques. In addition, this modular garage building can be moved or expanded in the future should the owner's need change.
The modular 3" panels of the Versa-King system include a solid polystyrene core that provides excellent insulation and sound control. The addition of frp creates a very durable exterior surface able to withstand considerable abuse and still look great long after the initial installation.
Tempered safety glass windows allow personal inside to monitor activity outside in the garage area. Porta-King’s unique removable window stop assembly used to hold glazing in place means these windows can be quickly repaired should damage occur.
Porta-King used all anodized aluminum framing components to guard against the development of rust or other corrosion from moisture inside the garage.
Porta-King incorporated our heavy-duty anodized aluminum door into the design of this modular garage building. This durable door is also constructed utilizing an ultra thick anodized aluminum tube frame to create a highly durable door that will hold up under heavy use and protect it from rust. In addition, the lower portion of the door matches the interior and exterior of the wall surface. All Porta-King doors include an integral threshold and door sweep to help keep dirt from infiltrating inside the building.
