Most other manufacturers will supply stock length components that require on-site fabrication in order to fit the over all system design. These systems not only take more time to install, but can create on-site installation issues because of concerns regarding dust and debris resulting from cutting of material that can interfere with sensitive processes or equipment in the area of construction. Additionally, because of the scrap material creating by on-site fabrication, they are not as environmentally friendly as our truly pre-engineered modular clean room designs. We offer several different wall system designs that include a wide range of panel thicknesses to accommodate a broader base of modular cleanrooms applications. Because of the diversity of our modular product offerings we can offer you more design flexibility than other manufacturers. Our Versa-King wall system is our most popular for clean room applications. This system is available in both a 3” and 1 ¾” thick panel thickness. The Versa-King system consists of anodized aluminum connecting posts to frame the wall panels and form a tight fit around window and door frames to create a solid and secure enclosure that seals better than other modular wall systems. The anodized aluminum posts won’t rust when exposed to moisture from high humidity or wash down conditions. In addition, these vertical connecting posts of our Versa-King modular wall system also serve as a wiring chase to conceal electrical, data and communication system wiring within the wall. Other systems include our Monolith wall which assembled via a tongue and groove design, Pivot-Lock which consists of pre-framed panels that snap together and our Series 175. All of these systems have been used successfully in clean room applications. All have their own unique qualities to match specific application requirements.
