Pivot-Lock's advanced wall system connection assures tighter, longer lasting and more durable sealing power for cleanroom structures, according to Porta-King Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of modular and pre-assembled building structures.
The unique connection design used with Pivot-Lock panels prevents infiltration of outside contaminants and maintains inside environmental conditions. Cleanrooms are available with double panel construction to accommodate laminar air flow.
Panels are available in 1-3/4" and 3" thicknesses. High integrity of the panels provides Pivot-Lock cleanrooms the structural integrity necessary to support roof-top HEPA filters and air handlers. A variety of finish surfaces are available, including PVC, porcelanized steel, high-pressure laminates, stainless steel and vinyl-covered hardboard. Anti-static and non-combustible finishes are available.
