June 1997 -- Porta-King Building Systems equipment enclosures provide a flexible, modular construction solution that creates an oasis in the midst of dirt, noise and undesirable temperature spreads.
Three types of modular units are available: PIVOT-LOCK™, VERSA-KING™ and PANEL-KING™. PIVOT-LOCK may be used in both indoor and outdoor applications while VERSA-KING and PANEL-KING are best suited indoors. Available finishes can meet the needs of virtually any environment. Panels disassemble quickly so that equipment can be moved in and out. Simple, quick disassembly also makes it possible to move the entire building to another location. Equipment enclosures can be considered as capital improvements for tax purposes, depending on the specific installation application.
VERSA-KING and PANEL-KING are non-progressive building systems engineered for rapid assembly and flexibility with no configuration or size limitations and are completely expandable for future needs. PIVOT-LOCK panels are pre-framed for quick set-up or relocation. Special cut outs through walls and ceilings are no problem for any of the three systems and can be accomplished at the site or customized before delivery.
