Sensitive coordinate measuring machines can be well-protected in environmentally-controlled rooms with insulated walls that help support mechanical systems that provide and constant temperature control. Ceiling systems are available in a variety of non-shedding surface materials including FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic), painted steel or other optional finishes. 

The aluminum connecting posts frame the wall panels and form a tight fit around window and door frames to create solid and secure rooms to house expensive and highly sensitive coordinate measuring machines (CMM).  The aluminum posts won’t rust when exposed to moisture from high humidity or wash down conditions. These vertical connecting posts of our Versa-King modular wall system also serve as a wiring chase to conceal electrical, data and communication system wiring within the wall.  Additionally, these post serve as a structural support member to support ceiling systems designed to support mechanical equipment or personnel for maintenance.  Versa-King posts and frames are available in clear satin anodized aluminum, white or beige painted finishes.  Wall panel surfaces can also include a variety of non-shedding surfaces.  Our most popular panel finishes for the walls of a CMM room include painted steel, FRP, or high pressure laminates (HPL).

Because the material to be tested comes in a range of shapes and sizes, we offer a wide array of different door options.  This includes everything to a single man door to automated sliding doors and even operable hatches for the roof to create the necessary opening size for a specific CMM room application.

The modular design of our wall panels alls CMM rooms to be built around existing equipment.  Because the installation process is so fast their is virtually no down time to utilization of the CMM equipment. All compoents are pre-cut and mitered to the exact layout that is designed by our staff in house prior to fabrication.  This means there will be no dust of debris to worry about during the assembly process.
