Porta-King offers ADA-compliant modular buildings suited for retrofit applications including restroom and locker room facilities.

A variety of modular wall systems construction options are available for providing gender-based, in-plant amenities. Modular restroom and locker room units are available a factory assembled buildings or built on-site, and can come equipped with pre-installed plumbing including water, electricity and soil lines on factory assembled design option.

The 3" thick modular wall panels used to construct this building provide excellent thermal insulation and sound control. The ceiling system for this structure is also using modular panels. These prefabricated panels enhance the rigidity of this structures frame and provide excellent sound and thermal control. The chase wall visible in this photograph provides a concealed area for installation of all the piping for service to the plumbing fixtures.  Doors are added to enable easy on-site access for initial hook-up and future service.

These ADA-compliant modular restrooms feature clear space to provide barrier-free access. Moisture-resistant interior finishes are available for durability and easy clean-up. These rooms can also be equipped for use as changing rooms or hazardous spill washdown rooms.

Available options include chemical or incinerator toilets, multi-person sinks and hand washers, hand dryers, etc.
