Porta-King manufactured this custom portable parking booth for use in parking operations at Florida theme park. The customer wanted a custom portable parking booth that matched the color scheme of the structure in the foreground in this picture.
In order to meet the customer’s requirements Porta-King added many custom design features to the basic design of our 5 x 7 Durasteel custom portable parking booth. Note the vertical reveals that were added to the walls of the building that included a custom two-tone paint finish to enhance the vertical shapes around the perimeter of the building.
A custom, multi-colored standing seam roof with flag was added as a finishing touch to the overall theme of this booth. In addition to the aesthetic enhancements, Porta-King added several other optional features that improved the functional characteristics of this custom portable parking booth. A custom horizontal sliding window was added that enables quick transaction between patrons and the parking attendant. The reduced height of this window helps keep rain out without hampering the attendances ability to interact with the patron. A smaller fixed window was included above the transaction window to maintain a full 360-degree of visibility from inside the building. Tinted windows were added to reduce glare from the sun and to improve the insulating quality of the custom portable parking booth.
