Duraluminum 7’6”x5’6” ADA Compliant Parking Booth with Clear Anodized Aluminum finish, tinted tempered glazing and thru wall HVAC and swing door.
Porta-King designed this parking booth in accordance to the customer’s specific requirements. Although we offer many standard sizes, each building we manufacture will incorporate special design features to match our customer’s application requirements. Porta-King uses all anodized aluminum construction in the manufacturer of our Duraluminum buildings. We use anodized aluminum because it is a maintenance free finish. Booths like the one in this photo are exposed to all types of weather, day in day out for many years. By using a maintenance free material like anodized aluminum we can assure our customer’s that there booths will provide many years of maintenance free service. Other manufacturers use mill finished aluminum or fiberglass reinforced plastic for the exterior finish of their preassembled buildings. Neither material is as maintenance free as anodized aluminum. This enables Porta-King to offer the best warranty in the industry.
Another standard feature incorporated into our parking booths is a top suspended sliding door for access into the building. We also offer swing doors in lieu of sliding doors for no additional charge. However, sliding doors are more popular for most parking buildings because they are typically installed on a small concrete pad in close proximity to traffic lanes. The sliding door is safer because it does not open into the traffic lane.
All Porta-King booths include an installed exterior roof with an integral gutter on two sides. Our standard exterior roofs also include a membrane skin to create a weather tight seal. Standing seam roofs or other custom designs can be added to enhance the aesthetics or to compliment construction features of surrounding architecture.
