Durasteel 10’x6’ Security Building with butt-to-butt satellite glazing, horizontal wall reveals (below sill), standing seam roof, two-tone paint and thru wall HVAC.
This is a 6 x 10 Durasteel portable security building with custom wall reveals, standing seam roof and satellite glazing. The wall reveals are custom fabricated steel channels added to create a three dimensional effect around the entire perimeter of this portable security building. This standing seam roof was hand crafted and installed at our factory. This roof design enhances the architectural appeal of this portable building.
In addition, the slope of this type of roof design eliminates the possibility of moisture build up from rain or snow. The satellite glazing option creates a unique look by eliminating the need for structural corners on this portable security building. Utilizing one of two different glazing options can create this unique design feature. Acrylic glazing can be heated and bent to form the corners or separate pieces of glass can be butted together and sealed together to form the corners. Our local dealer offered a turnkey package, which included supply and installation of the portable security building, gates, fencing and electrical hook-up.
Because this portable security building was shipped preassembled, installation was as simple as off-loading and anchoring onto the existing concrete pad. Proper coordination of the electrical hook-up was assured because of detailed approval drawings supplied by Porta-King to our dealer for proper project coordination. The drawings clearly identify all critical dimensions including floor cutouts where existing electrical service can be brought into the portable security building.
