Duraluminum Visitor's 15'x 7' Attendant Booth with tinted tempered safety glass, factory-plumbed interior restroom, standing seam roof, two-tone total exterior paint, sliding door with sliding window, custom interior height with header panel, signage and customer applied CMU finish.
This prefabricated attendant booth shelters personnel who work at this university visitor parking facility. Like many of the booths we manufacture, the one shown in this photo includes multiple custom features. The university thought it was important to add these features help in making a lasting impression for visitors to this university campus. This booth included a standing seam roof that was hand crafted and installed at our factory.
This custom roof design enhances the architectural appeal of this building. In addition, the slope of this type of roof design eliminates the possibility of moisture build up from rain or snow. This Duraluminum also included a special wall preparation option that enabled the on-site installation of a synthetic stucco masonry material after the building was installed. Custom windows were added that included glazing direct below the roofline. This additional glazing not only adds to the beauty of this booth but it also allows more natural light inside.
Standard heavy-duty top suspended sliding doors were used in lieu of swing doors to allow attendants to enter and exit this booth without creating a traffic hazard. The top suspended assembly also eliminates the maintenance that is required for bottom track door assemblies used in many of our competitors’ parking booths. The door also includes a standard laminated hook-bolt with a removable core for the option of a master key. A horizontal transaction window was added to allow for interaction between the parking attendants and visitors without ever leaving the security of building.
