Mezzanines used to support offices are designed with tighter lateral loading requirements than those designed for general storage. Our design team focuses on how we can help you utilize the vision tower so that it will provide the proper performance in a safe, efficient work environment.

 Prefabricated vision towers are a cost effective and time efficient way to create additional office space while maintaining the use of the existing floor space below. Utilizing unused ceiling space is a far more economical alternative to create vision towers when compared to the cost of creating additional office space via new construction. The prefabricated design also saves time since all components to create the platform arrive on-site, ready for immediate installation. 

Unlike many of our competitors, we’ll supply you with a truly prefabricated mezzanine system. All of our connecting hardware is pre-welded onto the structural components prior to shipping. Many of our competitor’s call their mezzanines prefabricated, but that just means the various components used to construct their mezzanine are fabricated prior to shipping. Unlike a PK Structures mezzanine, this doesn’t always mean these components arrive welded to the structural components and ready to be bolted together.
