Portable Offices

Our portable offices offer the ultimate in design flexibility for your facility. These units arrive fully assembled including an integral floor structure, virtually eliminating down time for installation. This includes not only the walls, roof and floor, but can also include pre-installed electric systems, HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression. Because they are built on a rigid floor frame, these offices can be picked up and moved from location to location as needs change.

Unlike other modular buildings manufacturers, who offer limited design flexibility, each Porta-King portable office is custom designed to meet the exact floor plan requirements for the application. Because each is custom designed they can include a wide array of unique construction options. These construction options can include custom wall compositions, floor finishes, special sizes and unique layouts, special wall heights, roof systems, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows and many more.

Larger foot prints for our portable offices are also available. Depending on the size of the structure, we can divide up the space into smaller modules that are easily connected together on-site.  Again, these larger units can include pre-installed electric systems, HVAC, plumbing and fire suppression.   To enhance the structural integrity of a larger office we’ll reinforce the individual modules with an internal structural steel framework.  This framework is added for two reasons.  First, the rigid frame works allows the modules to be more easily moved from the truck to the construction site where they can be aligned with other modules then bolted together to create a semi-permanent office complex.  Second, the frame work enables the modules to be disconnected and moved to a new location if required where they can then be re-assembled with the other modules.

Like our traditional modular offices these portable officescan consist of three different colors for the framing system.  Color options include clear satin anodized aluminum, white or beige painted connecting posts to frame the wall panels and form a tight fit around window and door frames to create a solid and secure enclosure.  We have seven different wall colors to choose from including a color match option which includes wall colors that match the framing color.  We use extruded aluminum posts to ensure a consistent fit for all framing components.  The vertical connecting posts of our Versa-King modular wall system also serve as a wiring chase to conceal electrical, data and communication system wiring within the wall.
