Porta King’s extensive array of design options and panel compositions makes us one of the leaders in building economically priced and easy to assemble Sound Proof Walls, Rooms and Enclosures. Depending on your application we can offer varying degrees of sound suppressing wall designs. These products are currently in use by a growing list of industrial, commercial, institutional and government clients.

Our sound suppressing wall panels and framing are available in a wide variety of standard and custom colors. We can also provide a color matched structure when utilizing our white and beige wall panels to seamlessly match with same color connecting posts and framing. You can also consider steel finished surfaces or Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) laminated to drywall to create a very rugged and highly impact resistant surface which guards against damage. 

Our soundproof wall and room systems are flexible, durable, easy to install, modular designs that create sound enclosures to:

•    House personnel and protect them from outside noise
•    House equipment to quiet the area surrounding the equipment
•    Create sound barriers to reduce sound transmission between rooms and
     other existing spaces

In addition to our modular sound rooms that are quickly assembled on-site, Porta-King also offers factory assembled soundproof room models that can be supplied with or without floor structures. These assembled structures eliminate on-site installation to provide immediate sound control for personnel or equipment. These factory-assembled models can include pre-installed electric and mechanical systems. In certain cases we can also install your equipment for OEM applications if needed.

Every sound proofing wall and room structure we manufacture is custom designed to address your exact specification and layout requirements.  This means no cutting or fabrication is required on-site.  Not only does this mean a faster installation but also improved air quality during and after the assembly process is complete.  Because all components are pre-cut to size prior to shipping, there is none of the suspended particulate matter typically associated with conventional construction or other modular systems that require on-site fabrication. 

We provide detailed approval drawings for review prior to fabrication of your order.  Additionally, each order includes a detailed layout drawing, a comprehensive bill of materials, and complete assembly instructions. 

Applications Include sound walls for installations under existing ceiling systems or sound rooms which include an integrated sound attenuating ceiling systems.
