Equipment Shelters

Porta-King shelters are a dependable outdoor safeguard for your equipment against vandalism, theft and the elements. Our equipment shelters are easily customized to secure your electronic and mechanical possessions for virtually any outdoor applications. These units arrive on-site assembled and ready for immediate use. We use a heavy-duty steel structural framework to provide extra protection for your valuable equipment.

To assure the longevity of our shelters, we apply two coats of industrial grade acrylic enamel. As a standard, we will paint our shelter any single color for the interior and exterior finish.  These colors can be selected from our standard manufacturer's paint color samples. Exact color matching to match existing structure colors can be easily accomodated as can multi-color paint finishes if desired. Equipment shelters can also be outfitted with an assortment of other accessories including electrical systems, lights as well as heating and air conditioning.  Back-lit signage like what is shown in this photo is also a popular option for equipment shelters.  We can also incorporate custom roofs or glazing configurations or other architectural features to enhance the aesthetics of the shelter to better blend with existing structures.

Shelters can be designed with open doorways to allow easy access to your equipment, or we can also create a fully enclosed structure, including doors if required. This option is especially popular in colder climates or in locations where security is a concern.

All of our structures can include a long list of interior finish features to enhance the functionality of the structure for the purpose it was built.  A short list of interior design features includes custom cabinetry and other casework, custom electric including explosion proof, A.C., heaters, custom galzing and many more.
