Porta-King manufactured this portable pay on foot shelter to house a pay on foot parking station on this commercial property. This shelter protects the equipment from rain and snow while providing a more comfortable environment for patron while making their transactions. This pay and display shelter included tinted tempered safety glass to reduce the heat and glare from the sun. These windows are framed with maintenance free anodized aluminum.
Like all Porta-King prefabricated shelters, this pay on foot shelter is constructed utilizing structural steel tubing to create a highly durable and rigid frame. The sturdy construction of this prefabricated shelter crews could easily off-load this shelter with a forklift from the back of the flatbed truck and then anchored it into position on the existing concrete pad. The rigid frame also provides proper support for mounting a wide variety of signage. This prefabricated shelter was built in accordance to a custom floor plan specified by our customer.
Porta-King offers three standard floor plan layouts along with countless custom floor plan options. We also manufacture 2 and 3 wall structure for use in applications with existing walls. The standard roof for all Porta-King portable prefabricated shelters includes self-contained gutters on the two long sides of the structure. Bollards were installed to act as a deterrent to passing car traffic. The portable design of this pay on foot shelter, allow it to be easily moved to another location in the future if desired.
