The Duraluminum building is our most economical prefabricated building. With it’s anodized aluminum framing and UV resistant FRP exterior wall surfaces it never needs to be painted and will not rust or oxidize. The non-welded construction of the Duraluminum building offers the ability to replace components that may get damaged over time. The Duraluminum building can be adapted to virtually any application and offers a variety of aesthetic options to better fit the look that you are wanting for your site.

Standard steel sliding doors consist of an 18-gauge exterior grade 3068 door leaf. The door is painted with a two-part polyurethane. Optional vision lites are glazed with 3/16” tempered safety glass.
Steel swing doors consist of a 18-gauge door leaf installed into a welded steel tube frame. Optional vision lites are glazed with 3/16” tempered safety glass. Other glazing options are available.
Our Durasteel buildings are available with various custom window style options to blend in with the desired aesthetics of your facility or to achieve the specific look you desire.
Fixed windows consist of a painted steel stop on the exterior to match the exterior color, glazed with 3/16” tempered safety glass.

Thru wall HVAC units are shipped separately for on-site installation into a factory installed framed opening. A range of heating and cooling outputs are available.
Ductless HVAC units are an economical and efficient way to condition the inside space of one of our enclosures. A single, small, condenser unit placed outside can be used in conjunction with indoor wall mounted evaporator unit(s) to condition single or multi-room enclosures.

The Ballistic Rated Prefabricated Durasteel building is our high security prefabricated building which is available in UL levels 1-8 and NIJ III and IV. The all welded steel construction offers strength and durability for many years of trouble-free use. The building includes ballistic rated steel plate which extends from grade to roof line to achieve a fully bullet resistant structure. The Durasteel building can be adapted to virtually any application and offers a variety of aesthetic options to better fit the look that you are wanting for your site.
