The tongue and groove side connection installs easily to create a seamless wall system with a monolithic appearance. The painted steel interior and exterior sufaces are are very durable and perfectly suited for a wide range of applications.

Framing
Monolith
Both Systems utilize a tongue and groove side connection which eliminates the need for a framing system and creates a smooth and monolithic appearance. Both Systems include a white painted steel interior and exterior surface.

Wall Compositions
Monolith
This panel design consists of a finished surface of 24 gauge painted steel laminated to a UL Class 1 EPS foam insulating core. The light weight yet durable design of this panel makes it ideal for overheight wall applications inside manufacturing and distribution facilities. The standard steel finish includes and embossed finish but a smooth surface is also available. Polyurethane core is also available to meet FM Class 1 fire rating.

Doors
Steel - Single Man Door
Heavy-duty construction includes 24 gauge galvanized steel skin with solid insulating core. The door frame is aluminum to match wall framing and installs flush with wall panels. Connecting posts are located on both sides which lock into the door frame for greater strength and resistants to racking. Standard steel doors are solid but can include optional vision lites. Standard door leaf is 3068 but other sizes are available.
Finish: Painted a single color to match or compliment wall color
Steel - Double Door
Heavy-duty construction includes 24 gauge galvanized steel skin with solid insulating core. The door frame is aluminum to match wall framing and installs flush with wall panels. Connecting posts are located on both sides which lock into the door frame for greater strength and resistants to racking. Standard steel doors are solid but can include optional vision lites. Standard door leaf is 3068 to create a 6068 double door. Other sizes are available. These doors come standard with an adjustable door sweep and a full perimeter bulb gasket seal. Doors can be outfitted with closers and other options like the pull handles shown in this photo.

Roll Up Doors
Roll up doors are a popular option and can be easily incorporated into our modular buildings. A typical application will include a structural steel tube framework to ensure the door is secured into the wall system to provide years of trouble free service. Roll up doors are available in a wide range of designs and can be operated manually or by electric power.
Automated Sliding Doors
Automated sliding doors can be easily incorporated into the design of our modular systems. Structural steel tube frames are custom designed to create a rigid support system to support the automated door. The vertical panel connectors adjacent to the door serve as wiring chases to conceal electrical service to the door and related hardware.
